I always find kind doctors, helpful and kind. The practice is great. My feedback is really due and the waiting times. I always sign in and I'm informed the doctors are on time. However, I usually wait at least 20-30 minutes for my appt. I don't mind/understand waiting but would prefer to know before waiting what the expected time is.

16th April. Telephoned on Thursday 13th to advise Dr Coe my mother 94 25/9/22 had fallen downstairs the previous day. Heavy nose bleed two black eyes and possible cracked broken ribs. Painful to breathe and move. I expected a home visit. NOTHING. NO RESPONSE. Why? Did not even telephone. You have my mobile as well. FPM daughter.

Rang reception for emergency need for naproxen prescription. 9:40 am and was given appointment for 10 mins later. Amazing. Complaint was count so very painful. Resolved so quick. Thanks.
